The Panel meets approximately five times a year, usually in community rooms in Primary Schools – always in an accessible building. Meetings typically take place during the day.
At some meetings the Panel will have a Guest Speaker. Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings – you don't have to be on the 'committee'.
Meetings are open to anyone and are normally attended by Panel Members and professionals including staff from the Council. A range of issues are discussed at meetings including Planning Applications, Access Audits or access concerns and issues anywhere in the Council area.
